It's been a long time and we've missed sharing the excitement of live theatre! We've missed our kids and we've missed our audiences - we've missed you!
That's why we are so excited to announce our incredible line-up of some of the best musicals that are guaranteed to bring joy, laughter and magic with heartwarming tales to celebrate our return to the big stage at the Historic Bama Theatre in our 35th season as Tuscaloosa's only nonprofit performing arts theatrical group dedicated solely to educating and exposing children to all aspects of stage performance and production as actors, stage crew and audiences.

Due to rising cases of COVID-19 in the Tuscaloosa community, the TCT Board of Directors voted to postpone our production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella until Fall 2022.

Auditions for ages 5-11 will be virtual.
Based on the beloved holiday film, this hilarious fish-out-of-water comedy follows Buddy the Elf in his quest to find his true identity. Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh reality that his father is on the naughty list and that his half-brother doesn't even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR. is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we make for love and acceptance. In a magical underwater kingdom, beautiful young Ariel longs to leave her ocean home — and her fins — behind and live in the world above. But first, she must defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she's the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking.
