TCT's Ensemble is a theatre-based leadership group that focuses on personal development to help Tuscaloosa area youth reach their full potential. The program is sponsored by the Board of Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre and is open to students from the West Alabama area. 

Participants are selected from 9th grade students through 12th grade students. In addition to acting opportunities unique to them, Ensemble members act as ambassadors for TCT and provide community service and outreach.
